Do you check references? I've noticed that many companies advertise 10 positions, but most of them seem to be filled through references or internal recruitment, with only 2-3 positions being filled from genuine applicants.

We do not check references for the vacation program

All of the students who are successful are genuine applicants, as we cannot fill these roles internally.
