Hi Saikiran, throughout my interviews and application process I tried my best to be myself! Being honest about your experience and what motivates you can really stand out.

I would also recommend being thoroughly prepared when it comes time for an interview - your University will likely offer advice and workshops about how to write applications and prepare for interviews

Thank you, Madeline and Thea.

Do you check references? I've noticed that many companies advertise 10 positions, but most of them seem to be filled through references or internal recruitment, with only 2-3 positions being filled from genuine applicants.

All of the students who are successful are genuine applicants, as we cannot fill these roles internally.
