How did this company support your career growth?

I have been fortunate enough to have had many opportunities to learn and grow throughout my time at IGO. I started as a Talent Advisor and was promoted to Senior Talent Advisor, Talent Manager and now Manager of Talent and Capability in 3.5 years. I have learnt so much about working with people at different levels and have grasped at opportunities when they have presented themselves so that I could learn. I am grateful that I was given exposure to different things that have allowed me to get to where I am today. I am still learning, which I love, and I hope it continues!
