Thanks for the question! Working in the Talent Team at IGO means we not only work within our immediate team but also with different Business Units and Operations across the business. I feel grateful for the amazing team I get to work with every day, I feel that we definitely embrace the 'Run through the Sprinklers' value, we have fun along the way. The wider teams we work with are generous with their time and thankful for the support we provide them. I get a lot of job satisfaction knowing I am helping people in their careers.
