There are numerous perks to working at IGO. For example there is a big focus on work/life balance (the ability work hours / swings that still give employees the opportunity to spend as much time as practical with family),great wages and incentive schemes, private health care compensated, share purchase schemes and well as training and career development opportunities. Lastly there truly is a family atmosphere working here. The people are great.
