Hi and thanks for the question! As a graduate you get a lot of opportunities to learn from more senior members of the team. Sometimes, it’s direct one on one teaching and other times it’s the opportunity to watch, learn and ask questions. I’ve learnt a great deal from my supervisor by listening to comments in meetings, or by asking questions and asking for my work reviewed.
