In what ways will my career progression be supported?

Hi, thanks for the question! As a graduate, I felt as if there was a lot of investment into my development and my career progression. Throughout my two-year program I completed a number of courses through IGO which supported my role, and future roles to come. I was also able to complete post graduate studies through IGO to help better equip me in more advance responsibilities after my graduate program ends. Additionally, IGO offers a mentoring program which focuses strongly on career progression and development. I am fortunate enough to be a part of this program, which has helped me map out my career path and set realistic goals which I can work towards.
