Hi,

I'm so sorry for the late response.

There are loads of growth and development opportunities here. We have annual development plans and are usually supported by supervisors in achieving these. There is in-house training available, there is on the job training, and a mentor program. For operators and technical professionals there is plenty of scope to change roles and move around business units. There is plenty of opportunity to move around internally too, in my time here I've worked at three different mine sites and am now in Exploration. IGO also support further study and there are a few of us that have been supported through MBA's and other such courses.
