The IGO culture is great from my perspective, especially in terms of diversity. IGO works hard at ensuring a diverse workplace; this is not only achieved but also well supported. The values we work and live by create a better workplace. The one I most align with is “Be Better Together” which encourages each person to work and respect each other’s opinions and responsibilities within the workplace and outside of it.
