What does growth and development look like here?

From a broader perspective, the executive team along with other key individuals seek, plan and evaluate strategic opportunities and decide what’s beneficial for company growth. From a departmental level, IGO aims to encourage individuals to maximise their potential. Some of which includes making sure allocated task is suitable for their skills and where there are gaps for opportunities, various training and development are available to ensure teams are well equipped. Personally, I have been allocated multiple mandatory trainings, which are company basic standard for my role. Additionally, I have been supported by IGO to pursue industry recognised trainings.
