Ben W.
Project Geologist
Everyone within our team is assigned different tasks and responsibilities that ensure our project is run successfully (on budget, on time and delivering the results intended). The vast majority of tasks are interdependent and require people to communicate efficiently and work together effectively as a team. We achieve this through regular project update meetings which are usually run by the Exploration Project Manager or Senior Geologist on a weekly basis, this meeting establishes a general understanding of where the project is at and what is required from everyone across different timelines (i.e. short-term and long-term). Outside of the project meetings the team members work together collaboratively using a variety of software and apps (e.g. Microsoft Teams, MS Project) that enable us to share information, work on documents together and share data and information which helps us work towards whatever the project objective is.
