In my experience, especially in exploration, you need to be flexible and comfortable with constant change. In such a dynamic industry it is incredibly beneficial to be able to plan on the fly, come up with creative solutions and never see a change in plans as terminal to an objective. Getting yourself comfortable with constantly evolving goals will help build resilience, and confidence in yourself to tackle quick changes.
