Thanks for the question. Typical day is an interesting one as every day is different.
I'm in the office every day except Wednesday, when I work from home. Some days are back to back meetings, others I'm able to get my head down and focus on project or long-term planning work. I try to get into the field regularly too.
If i had to say typical, it'd be: Coffee, urgent 'things', meetings/project work, lunch, meetings/project (long-term) work, home.
