Manager Talent and Capability
IGO's values are a bit different to other companies, and we love to hire people who are aligned to them. As a result, we talk about our values often, they mean a lot to the way that we work. In my team we appreciate all our values but in particular "Better Together" "Never Stand Still" and "Run through the Sprinklers". We work hard, we enjoy working in a team and we like to have a bit of fun along the way.
