That's easy - the people!
I've had the great fortune to work with some incredibly gifted and talented people at IGO, who have always been generous with their time and sharing their knowledge. It also goes beyond my immediate team, or the people that I work and interact with on a daily basis - I've always found that I can reach out to any corner of the business and there have always been friendly people who want to help - it really does make for a great environment to work in.
