Since joining IGO, my proudest achievement has been becoming a mentor in the IGO Mentoring Program. I've had the privilege of developing a mentor-mentee relationship based on trust and openness, fostering a deep respect for each other's perspectives and enabling us to provide guidance and support for each other's career growth. Additionally, this experience has enhanced my understanding of IGO's history and culture, allowing me to operate more effectively within the organisation by leveraging my strengths and setting clearer expectations for my own growth.
