Manager Talent and Capability
You can approach your supervisor to discuss what you would like to do. I would look at the Training provided by IGO, this may give you more of an idea. I would also recommend talking to your People and Culture support team, they can help you create a performance development plan, they can guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
